Program Coordinator
We are seeking a full-time person to oversee and coordinate multiple projects across the company, align those projects to larger organizational goals, and provide strategic guidance to our crew of Electricians, Electrician Leads and Project Engineers. The Program Coordinator would ideally have experience as a Marine Electrician, having completed numerous projects in the field to have the experience necessary to be successful in a leadership role that provides home office oversight to the Project Leads and Engineers. This field experience will be a plus for the person in this role to coordinate numerous projects and to reconcile the interdependencies between them.
Projects the company undertakes will include a wide range of electrical projects including vessel shore power work, alternative marine power, mobile crane electrical supply, hydraulic systems, communication systems, terminal wide power systems, gate systems, and other floating electrical projects. The projects tend to be on demand and onsite on the vessels both port side as well as in deep water.

Responsibilities
Coordinate all field projects, panel builds and warehouse activities to ensure the Company achieves its goals
Manage timelines and deliverables for field projects
Sourcing and coordinating parts for company projects
Identify and assign projects to Project Engineers & Electrician Leads
Coordinate interdependent projects across the Company
Communicate closely with Project Leads
Communicate closely with Port Engineers of the vessels themselves
Communicate closely with Management of US Electric
Measure and monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) and return on investment (ROI)
Manage program budget
Manage resources across all projects within the program
Help to ensure collaboration among project teams
Document the program
Regularly report on program performance to Company Management

Normal workday starts in the company headquarters in Seattle at 0700
Overtime and Weekend work on short notice happens frequently, and all employees are expected to make their best efforts to be available when needed
Some of our busiest work-months are predictable and may include several weeks of long days with overtime and weekend work included (winter months, particularly)

$75,000 - $100,000 annual Salary, commensurate with your skill and experience
